Switching brokerages is easy.


You may be wondering how difficult it is to transfer brokerages.  It’s simple.


1.  Go to the IN.gov website:  INBIZ

2.  When prompted for the new brokerage’s license number, AMR Real Estate, LLC’s license number is RC52300148.

3.  There is a fee to transfer.  As of 2024, the fee is $10 plus a $1 processing fee.

4.  As soon as you submit the online form, the brokerage you are leaving will receive an automated notification that you have transferred your license out of their brokerage.  As well, AMR Real Estate will receive an automated notification of your request to transfer to its brokerage.  A member of our leadership team will reach out to you.  

5.  We recommend that you give your old brokerage a polite personal message of your departure, as professional courtesy. If you would like a template letter, we can provide one to you or download here.

6.  After officially signing on with AMR Real Estate, you do not need to do anything to transfer your information in MIBOR.  Our managing broker will handle that task on your behalf.
